Ship - Dock shouting

Not sure this is possible, but it would be great to communicate between docked ships and the dock area they are docked by shouting. Similar to ship-to-ship communication at sea that happens in the same quadrant.
This will help in many ways:
- someone left behind while boarding an inform their mates
- last call for sailors that drag behind
- know who the persons are that wait on the docks.
- know if someone is on a docked ship
