I Crit an Alhoon (High Researcher) in his tentacle'd face. But he's undead.

Description of Bug Experienced:
I Crit an Alhoon (High Researcher) in his tentacle'd face. But he's undead.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Attack The Alhoon (High Researcher) in the Shadow Cordor Crypt.
Expected Result:
No critical hits, and no sneak attacks.
Actual Result:
I crit him in the face with my +4 Moonblade. It delt anti-undead damage to him, but still crit him. (His skin does not make him immune to crits.)
