Description of Bug Experienced:
Hello! Invisible blade bleeding wound is quite inconsistent. Some times it applies stacks some times it doesn't. if there's some condition different than 'hitting' the class feature should have it noted.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
I hit with my attacks. I try to understand what triggers the bug, but i really can't get it. If it is not a bug, it should be noted on the feat if something gives immunity or not.
Expected Result:
Each attack should apply a stack of bleeind wound no matter the target. The feat says that each successful melee attack (with the proper weapon) should inflict the stack of bleeding, without mentionin any immunity.
Actual Result:
On some targets it applies without problems. On others it does not.

Immunity to critical hits will prevent it. Golems cannot bleed, for example.

It happens some other times as well though. Today we had some friendly spars. When fully warded, my opponent didn't bleed. Unwarded she did !
Is it regeneration? Does it count as physical damage?

Any form of healing will remove bleeding. This includes regeneration.
Correct me if i'm wrong.

standard bleeding gets removed by that, as for IB, the feat states that:
-Restoration, Greater Restoration or Healing Kits clears this effect. DC for healing kit is 35. (on the wiki, but in game it says it depends on stacks and level)

To follow up one more time, there's something that disables the bleeding. I'm not sure where, however. While it was working for a while, the issue reared itself up again. I'll try to gather what's prompting the issue.

Was related to custom damage essences. A fix is in the pipeline!
