Per title, rename the "Climb" skill to "Athletics", to give it a more general purpose name for any various physical activities that don't require special training. If, in the future, devs or area designers wished to add checks such as swim/jump/etc to an area this would allow the Climb skill to serve that purpose.

Rationale: Much of the physicality of climbing would lead to a person becoming athletic and fit enough to perform decently well at other athletic tasks.

I've said for some time this is the eventual plan, should we ever start producing swim spots or a sprint mechanic.

For now though, that is just theoretical, and certainly very far off.
