To streamline the interaction between speedies and disguises, I propose:
A) Disguise Names show up instead of real one's when -playerlist is typed. If a player reallllly wants to find out OOCly what that disguise character's name is, they can just go to the website portal.
B) Enable sending of speedies using the disguised name as a target.
