Description: When using any player made potion, the effect and duration is cast at my character level.

Example - using a player made Blade Thirst potion results in a +5 weapon that lasts for 1 hour. Using a player made haste potion gives a 3 minute haste buff.

Steps to reproduce -

1. Find a player made potion
2. Use it

Expected result:
Effect is cast at the caster level indicated on the item

Actual result
Effect is cast at the character level

This also applies to player made wands.

Could this be an update that was pushed too soon? A glimpse into things to come, perhaps?

The durations were really nice! I do think that blade thirst wands giving people +5 weapons all over the place was a little extra though.
