Sending unsuspecting players to a remote epic-level dungeon is a bit cruel.

It's also hilarious.

To be fair, it also fits the theme of the Underdark.

Magic is unpredictable. You should expect that bad things happen in the Underdark.

I thought it was pretty handy, actually.

Unpredictable, hilarious, useful, and cruel.

In fact, if attunement potion also has a chance to teleport PC into underwater amongst all other possibility, that would be neat
But not going to suggest that so, it's not heading to the suggestion forum.
Just thinking that we need it to be more cruel

Just keep in mind, drinking it one place then drinking it in another might not send you to the same place twice
