Description of Bug Experienced:
I login to my account and wanted to reroll my 28 drow character. When I got on her into the game she resets to lvl 2. It looks like I lost all my levels. I did not play for almost 2 years if it helps

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Character selection showed first lvl 28 now 2

Expected Result:
Wanted to reroll to get award

Actual Result:
Character is reseteed to lvl 2 without my consent

with all the changes over the past two years, its not surprising you were tagged with a relevel or two. Nothing to do with consent its an automatic thing that happens when major class reworks happen.

If you logged in once and then out during this then back in, you might have missed the message to not log out before leveling or something would happen.

I picked character with 28 levels. I had no messages when I was on loading screen and later. It just put me into starting zone only with 2 levels. Is there any chance to get it back? I really wanted to reroll for that award.

If their are 2 forced relevels on a Class in the time you are logged out, you will be reverted to level 2 because of the way the system detects what level you are.

You can make a report documenting the Character name and the last time you logged in on that Character. If you can't provide a specific date, we won't be able to help as it wouldn't be productive for a DM to search through 2 years of logs to find the last time that Character was online.
