Rakshasa kobold form and random shifting

Was wondering, if at all possible, that one of the kobold forms could be the one with the leather armor and option for hood? Really cool look that I dig a lot.
Secondly, could we make the transformations not random? I noticed this awhile ago when I was playing a specific race and anytime I needed to take the shape, I had to hide somewhere and transform/un-transform/transform a bunch of times until it landed on the one I needed for that disguise. Even when there was only two options (Rng, amirite?). Turned into more of a chore then.
