Bug Report: Writ Completion Error - Skaljard

Greetings, DMs and Administrators of Arelith Server.
Please kindly help fix my character error:
Description: Error in writ completion "Derelict Tin Mine" @ Skaljard - checking the writ, all items have been completed including slaying the Xvartz Queen. Char first name is Wuudd , a low level fighter
Steps to reproduce: Taking the writ from Skaljard Major, proceed to doing the writ, and report back to Major.
Expected result: Writ Completed, got XP and gold.
Actual result: There is no dialog option for Writ Completion when speaking to the mayor.

Misc Notes : I have experience this error twice, first on the writ "Goblins in the Weald" , then this "Derelict Tin Mine"
