Add flashy, non-holy Divine Spells to Arcane Spell-Lists

There are some spells Divine Casters get that I have always wondered about why they are not on the lists of Arcane Casters, especially when the spells in question do not appear all too divine in nature:
Silence (It's Invisibility for ears, basically), Sound Burst, Dehydrate (It seems to be Horrid Wilting's little brother), Glyph of Warding, Invisibility Purge, Blade Barrier, Earthquake, Implosion
