I suggest the ruins of stonehold be converted into a guildhouse to serve as one of the few faction fortresses not locked behind the settlement bid system. Currently it is only used for its portal or Radiant Heart writ. It's location as a guildhouse would allow for faction driven RP at very little cost or investment from the Devs. Maybe even lock it to evil or neutral allingment ownership?

As it stands I can only really think of the Abyssal fortress as one, and that adds nothing to surfacer rp or political tension past PvP raids.
