Sleeveless Trench Coats

Not sure if there's a limitation preventing this, but is it possible to have a few of the trench coat robe options without sleeves/shoulder covers? I rather like the trench coat look sometimes, but not always the arms/sleeves and would prefer to replace them with other options if I could.
Maybe even allow them to have belts with sword scabbard options?
