Life of a Merchant

Recently there is a complaint for Non-adventuring making merchanting ect impossible giving more xp for things is not going to fix this because in role play you become stronger, more enduranct, and overall more experinced by surviving encounters... Now yes the RPR system gives us something to for those day to day RP encounters but you really shouldn't ask for more then that... what we should be asking for is a way to for people to get proficients that allow them to be better at lower level in what they're focused in merchanting or what not... So without futher ado
Artifacer Gift - 2ELC(or more really)+ Does not lose xp for creating scrolls/potions/wands. Loses 50% less xp failed enchants. (I would recomend a high elc rather then 5% because otherwise again were just dealing with people needing to grind to get the ablity.)
Death Wish - Empowered Mark of Destiny 3 Lives +100xp per [For those that don't want to hunt at all]
or ~
Path of The Expert (Any Class) +2ELC +20XP RPR Grants "good" xp per spent crafting point.
A bit extreem but just an idea storm... because making XP easyer for non-adventures characters isn't going to fix anything the grinders will just use that too.
