Spell Interactions: The interactions for Hemorrhage and Redbolt are fun and awesome combinations.
Can this be expanded on?

Grease: Applies greased debuff for targets in the AOE. Targets that slip are greased for twice as long.

(Delayed Blast) Fireball: Greased targets in the AOE ignite for a duration, even on a passed reflex save.
(Even if the initial blast is avoided, a mere spark can set oil ablaze)
This becomes a straight damage combo for low reflex targets, but also allows high reflex targets to take damage from the affected spells.

Drown: Applies Wet debuff to the target.

Other Spell Adjustments:

Finger of Agony: After the adjustment of entropy damage, Finger of Agony was left behind for good reason. At the time, it allowed for multiple instances, all stacking with itself, which caused plenty of balance issues. Now that only one instance can be applied per target, can it finally be swapped over from Negative to Entropy?

Infestation of Maggots: This is a really fun spell. It doesn’t need much, but can stand to apply minor (1d4?) bleed damage each round that a save occurs. This at least gives it some meaning against targets that are immune to the CON drain (NEP). This would have the added effect of making targets that fail the saves a lot more vulnerable, as the damage technically scales up as CON is reduced.

Spike Growth: This spell is already good. An interaction that could work is giving it an additional die of poison damage to targets that are poisoned. This allows for the Poison (spell) to get a bit more milage.

Healing Sting: Can the damage here be split into partial physical/bleeding like the hemorrhage spell? The heal component should be split as well so that targets immune to negative (but not bleeding) can still take partial damage.

Withering ray: Super strong. Maybe tone down the damage and add a malus that can simulate a withered effect.

Edit:
Bestow Curse / Evil Blight: Given scaling with Transmutation OR Necromancy
