Limit the Number of Guild/Noble Houses a faction can have

As of today Five of Cordors Guild and Noble houses are owned by not just people within the Rivorndir faction, but people with the last name Rivorndir.

This feels like it should be against the rules, there are plenty of other groups who actively want to be able to use the unique features that come with owning a noble manor, or want a place to station their guild that lose out on the chance to do so because one faction owns all of the property that makes it possible.

There should be some kind of limit on the number of Guild halls and Noble manors that can be in the possession of a single faction. We limit the number of shops and quarters an individual can own to encourage more people to have them, we should do the same thing for factions and faction bases.

For reference, all the quarters are listed and described below

As I posted this it was brought to my attention their faction also technically owns both of the taverns in Cordor and one of the ships, though those individuals do not have the last name Rivorndir, they are commonly known to be members of their wider faction.

Hi BiglySmalls

There are currently no plans to make things "faction restricted" as this can be hard to manage and track, many players are in multiple factions.
The main thing we ask of players with Guildhouses shops quarters ships etc, is "Make sure they are utilised"
If you think this is not the case and the any quarters/shops are just being held with no RP, then please send a PM to the DM Team so we can investigate.

There has been threads like this and they quickly delve into a rather heated arguement, so before that happens, I will be locking the thread.
