Flood Plains portals

There are two portals in the Flood Plains, but at the moment they are named the same way, so it is not possible to understand which portal is which from their name in the portal menu.

There's more than two, actually.
They're all named the same.
And I HATE IT.
And I wish they all had unique names.
This is even more of an issue, because when you use -portal_ord to organise your portals, if you select ANY of the floodplains portals to go in your top ten, it only ever gives you 1 of them. No matter which you pick, it gives you the first one that was made and named Floodplains
This isn't a bug. There is a suggestion to rename them. But it will be brought up.
