Make Combat Casting Better

The feats combat casting and improved combat casting are useless once you hit 27 concentration. I propose we make these feats more interesting as a choice by making:
• Combat Casting: Removes the spell level penalty for concentration checks against attacks.
• Improved Combat Casting: Removes the flat penalty of 10 for concentration checks against attacks.
