exactly what it says ..
Was about to report that blinding speed died on server transition (while cooldown continues), but it's all buffs ... The buffs are back if not over when you come back on original server

Experienced blinding speed from cordor to surface and surface to cordor
Experienced all buffs from surface to cordor

Platform : PC

This should be fixed, but summons will not. Please confirm.
