Figure I would post this here since I'm not sure if it's just me.
Two days ago the voiceset (was working fine) on my character just stopped working, all it does is hand gestures now. I made a new toon to test the voice set out, it works fine on the new test character. But oddly on the character I have been playing, nothing. Not even the text that usually accompanies the voice appears.
I've also been having this issue, I was unsure if it was just me!
I’d like to raise my hand and third this issue/ bug. None of my voice sets are active when utilizing the shortcuts OR manually clicking on the radial menu.
Myself and two of my buddies are also having this issue.
OK so a DM fixed it and sound set was working fine. But later I received a god save and BAM stopped working again.
No idea why a god save would break the sound set.
I am still investigating SoundSet issues and will be looking over them as I go.
However, currently I am in the process of moving which delays my investigation.
From what I know based on review of some impacted character files is that the SoundSet value is being set out of range. NWNX deprecated some features, and now we utilize base game, so I need to make sure we are not passing a negative value somewhere which is causing this.
It will take some more time; however, if people are able to list what they were doing when it happened, it may help me with some investigation.
Pretty sure both times it stopped working for me was after a god save.
I've a small fix in the works to just correct the 2da as I found we were missing entries.
I am not certain whether or not it will fix the issue, but it is a good start.
It should go live next reset.
Thank you. It seems to have worked, I logged in today and had a voice again. Hopefully I won't need a god save in the near future to test it.
Yep it's god saves that kills my voiceset.
Either godsaves or actual death seems to cause it in my experience with two different characters now. Difficult to tell which.

We found the issue. A fix is in the pipeline and should be live next reset :)
Characters that are currently facing this problem will need to request a soundset adjustment via the support page (https://support.nwnarelith.com).
