Divine Synergy as Epic Feat

I'm a big fan of divine synergy, as it makes it a lot smoother to play divine melee. Beyond being an immense QoL, I recognise it's also powerful. So, I'd suggest to make it a 2 feat tax (one epic and one normal):
Epic Feat: Divine Synergy
Requirements: Improved Turning, Charisma 18 (or even 20)
