Fished Up Fish not recognised as Fish

Using Fishing, I acquired:
- Mullet.
- Gloweye.
Scavenging in a chest I found a 'Fish'.
Attempting to sell these "Fish" to Minister Luthien, resulted in the generic 'Fish' being accepted. The named fish of Mullet & Gloweye were not.
Whilst not technically a bug (most likely a Work in Progress on the Fishing system / resource system) posting here as reminder.
