Spyglass: Assess docked ships when docked to the same port

Currently the spyglass can be used to assess dock activity. This also lists the ships docked at the same port.
It would be useful if the spyglass could be further used to assess the ships docked at the same port and see activity on deck (similar to how it is used at sea).
