Description: At the new addition, with the Brogendenstein village, there's shops which are not tied to Brogendenstein, and some which are tied to Brogendenstein, in terms of paying taxes and eviction, it feels strange some shops are different than others happening in the same map.

Steps to reproduce: Shops near the Earthkin Keep are not tied to settlement, shops near the docks are tied to settlement

Expect result: All shops at the Brogendenstein Village not tied to the settlement, or all shops at the Brogendenstein Village tied to the settlement

Okay, slightly more serious answer.

It's possible that this is intended behavior, if Irongron has chosen to set the new Brog port up similarly to the last port district he made (Guldorand's). That map has a mix of shops which aren't affiliated with the settlement (either for eviction or taxation purposes) and shops that are.

Not a bug, but closing this thread as the matter has been resolved.
