Better ammo crafting

Allow the craft ammunition feat to make 1 bundle at levels 1-10, 2 bundles at levels 11-20, and 3 bundles at levels 21-30
Increase charges on templates to double what they are currently.
Remove brass gears from component listing on the creation of templates.
Ammo crafting is tedious and these changes would allow much needed quality of life, especially for mundanes that do not necessarily have the benefits that casters do, these changes would mean templates would last longer and be more useful, without fundamentally removing the need of having to source some of the rarer scrolls needed in the templates.
