Description of Bug Experienced:
Completed the Telltale Heart writ at level 12 for the first time and received no XP.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Be level 12.
Get writ.
Walk all the way across Arelith.
Complete writ.
Turn in at Crow's Nest writ guy.
Get 5000gp and no XP.
Expected Result:
XP.
Actual Result:
No XP.

This is a long writ. It deserves an XP payout like the other courier writs.
