Currently, only quarterstaves have access to the shepherd staff appearance.

It would be a good addition to the magic staff options so that we have a few more plain appearances for druids, shamans, or characters that don't want to look too flashy when carrying a staff.

Would be easy to do this and there are no objections. We can move this to Approved Suggestion.
