Description:

The height options in both the live server (tested) and PGCC are broken. They only toggle a singular height variable instead of the standard +/- 1% margin. That means that selecting average height will not browse between the +1 or -1% variables, instead, it will stick to a singular unchanging height. This applies to every other height variable - from short to tall.

Steps to reproduce:

Make a character, select height options.

Expected result:

A randomised +/- 1% variable per height choice.

Actual result:

A singular, uniform height that cannot be changed.

This only started happening post minor/normal award heights

That's working as intended. The random value is only rolled once, otherwise there's no point in it existing.
