A slightly strange observation I've made is that new patches are released to the game servers before they're released to the Test/PGCC server. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?

This is a complete non-issue. Arelith updates all the time without problem. And it might not even be the update that is causing the issues, given that reverting the update isn't fixing it.

I get what you’re saying but it’s not a test server in the way you’re thinking. It’s a server for us to test builds or for devs to work out the kinks in new classes.
