Description of Bug Experienced:
The new quarter, who's entrance is next to the old Cloven Hoof entrance, isn't working correctly. The sign exists, but isn't setup to be a quarter sign.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Walk up to sign for door

Expected Result:
Be able to use it as a quarter sign

Actual Result:
Nothing happens

Not a bug- that's a placard that displays the name for the quarter. The quarter "sign" is inside (paperwork placeable like all Dis quarters).
