After a post and seeing the opinions of a few people, it seems people feel as though RDD is not worth a major. I think the class could push some very interesting stories and scenarios, but I want to suggest a couple of things to help surfacers push some RP for the class.

-Drop the reward tier from a Major to a Greater
-If possible raise the minimum RPR requirement, for non-kobolds to 30

As it stands there seems to be little reason for surfacers to spend a reward on the class as there are just objectively better options.
I think these changes will help people make interesting characters in the future without making them feel like they wasted a major reward on a mechanically weird PrC.

I am going to pre-emptively deny the reward tier changes on balance concern grounds.
