Allow Fey to be Ancient Oath Paladins

Add an exception to the lawful good requirement for Fey characters so long as they take Oath of the Ancients.
It’s not an especially strong oath + the Fey strength malus makes the build kinda dicey (dex paladin?) so it probably wouldn’t be that stellar mechanically. Just a nice bit of flavor / neat roleplay opportunity.
