As the title says. I think it would be cool if assassins could be used to remove someone from a settlement's list of landed nobles.

This could motivate more low-level political feuding and create an interaction with the landed nobility system, which I really like, but seems underutilized.

Posting this on behalf of another player for lack of a forum account, so unfortunately I can't claim the idea as mine
