Weird (Sea Leopard) henchman behaviour

Description of Bug Experienced:
The sailors of the Sea Leopard usually don't stay on shore/at docks after having them in party. This one did and wouldn't listen to commands to go back. He really wanted shore leave, I guess... 
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Hire henchman and go off ship to sell cargo. (In this case, Brogendenstein)
Expected Result:
Henchman returns to ship.
Actual Result:
Henchman does not return to ship and refuses to cooperate to get back into party.
