Shops. Change the stan dare with stacks

you buy a new shop.
You put in 10 iron ingots.
Linda want 1 ingot of iron.
Linda can only buy all 10 ingots.
You go into the faction settings in the shop and make it so Linda can buy 1 ingot.
Linda smile at you....
Conclusion.
Unless your aware that you need to do this, you will be wondering forever why some stuff in you shop never sell. Can it be made so that the standard, when getting a new shop, is to allow Linda to get her 1 ingot?
