Description of Bug Experienced:
Clerics with the Knowledge domain are supposed to get Scribe Scroll, as per the wiki, but the domain doesn't give you the feat.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

1. Create cleric
2. Take knowledge domain
3. Enter the game

Expected Result:
Have the ability to scribe scrolls

Actual Result:
Lack the ability to scribe scrolls

The domain doesn't grant the feat, but it lets you scribe scrolls anyway.
