Moar Wild Surges!

> Arcane Splice! - The spell that triggers the surge loops over twice where it would've only cast once. Does not differentiate between buffs, damage spells, healing spells, or summoning effects.
> Weave Disruption! - The spell in question triggers as a reverse empowered spell (at half effects). Inapplicable spells don't trigger at all.
> Overcharge! - Spells will randomly be either extended, maximized, or empowered. Odds are roughly 45% extended, 30% empowered, 15% maximized.
> Transmutate User! - A randomly selected shape from one of the two shifting spells is used. All spells at or below the level for Polymorph use that, where all from there to 9th will use Shapechange.
> Possession! - The user is automatically bestowed with Tenser's Transformation, and must make a 'werewolf' will save to not mindlessly charge anything alive! Expires after usual duration or a clarity potion. Protection from Evil applies to the save. -Polymorph doesn't break the shape. Given we can summon fiends, why not add a bit of flavor in the soul-theft department?
> Wake the Dead! - A random (1d4) number of hostile undead spawn at the target. These behave to the standard of the Ghoul stream of currently summonable undead.
> Ricochet! - The spell behaves as per Chain Lightning, triggering at half effect to each character or creature in vicinity of the initial target, and keeping that effect from there until a fixed maximum is reached. This applies to all spells, and doesn't distinguish friend and foe. Ricochetting spells will trigger as half caster level, and thus 'looped' buffs will last half as long.
> Disjunction Pulse! - Triggers a half caster level dispel effect at the origin point.
> Lolth's Chaos! - (A) random spider-like creature(s) is summoned to the origin point. A small chance of ankhegs, a much more significant one of sword spiders, then phase spiders, with the most common being the average giant spider.
> Unholy Franchising! - A random non-hostile Devil NPC spawn, as the ones within Dis, is called upon and summoned before the user, initiating dialogue automatically. These can include the Devil Traders, a pact NPC, and the Erinyes.
> Mystic Flare! - A casting of light is made on the area at the point of origin. Drow casters are blinded upon triggering.
> Shadow Haze! - The area is covered, as if with a darkness spell, at the point of origin. Drow casters automatically receive ultravision.
