Description of Bug Experienced:
At level 17 the Harbinger (Serph path) did not recieve the Gruesome Method Feat

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Level to 17 on Harbinger

Expected Result:
The feat should be granted at level 17.

Actual Result:
The feat is not granted at level 17.

Additional Information/Notes:
I noticed the damage for Mortality Hex for Seraph is listed as Bad Strref

I don't think this is a bug, it was removed.

It was removed, I need to work with Wiki team to update the wiki tables.
