Description of Bug Experienced:
The UCL is broken on the Digersinger.
In the Screenshot you can see that when logging in, my UCL reads 2.
I use a spell, it rises to 4 (the correct UCL).
But when using the Diger of Awakening, a UCL 3 monster comes.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Relog.
Use the -UCL command
use any magic.
use the -UCL command again.
use Diger of Awakening.
Expected Result:
When using -ucl when logging in, indicate ucl 4, not 2.
When summoning, summon a ucl 4 and not 3.
Actual Result:
the character is unable to call a UCL 4 invocation.

Additional Information/Notes
I have 3 Digersingers.
One in Mainland.
One in Skal.
One in UD.
Everyone is having the same problem.
