Correlate the weather on ships to locations.

Today, I was on the deck of the Liberator, just off the coast of Sibayad. It was snowing.
Please can there be some sort of connection, if it's possible, to the local weather that the ship is docked near?
It might even mean that there won't just be thunderstorms every day the moment you get a little bit out to sea!
