Shops in the Guldorand Hall of Commerce (the Brog section of shops) not interactable suddenly, as of today

It's not just me, this person also can't interact with either shop. This appears to be brand new. Not sure what happened. Neither the shops or their respective signs are reachable, you can't bash them either.
Pls help :'(
