Lightning Bolt low/wrong dmg output

As per description spell caps at 15d6 dmg.
Tested on Air Elementalist with CL 27, spell was maximized and dealt on failed save only 72 dmg instead of 90.

Suspiciously 72 is the 80% of 90, meaning that your target ogre may have 20% electric resist.
Kindly test with another creature so we can confirm.

It is also 12d6.
No, it was tested on animals like bears, rats and so. There is no resistance involved.
