A +1 regeneration bonus for 1 hour has been added in the last update for characters reaching 90% rest score. However it doesn't apply if you change servers.
Steps to reproduce:
1- Rest in server A (above 90%)
2- Get the +1 regeneration for 1 hour
3- Switch server
Expected result: The +1 regeneration buff transfers with the character.
Actual result: The +1 regeneration buff doesn't transfer with the character.
Its having the same issue as the tavern drink buffs which also do not remain on server transiton, and similarly if you return to the server you got the tavern regen from you regain the buff with the appropriate duration.
This issue still persists for both the +1 regen from yarrow beer and from resting to 90% in tavern, buff doesn't transfer when you move servers (But returns when you go back to original server)
I had honestly thought this was just an issue with Regeneration as a whole,
