I was going to submit a ticket but there's not an option available for the type of issue this is so I'll just post it here for now?

I made a new character in the UD server, and was in the new player lobby getting outfits together. I selected to have a minor award spent to gain draconic as a learned language then the server crashed. I didnt -save before the crash happened, so when I selected the character to log in after the crash it prompted all the new character menus again, but my award was not there any long and I do not have draconic learned anymore either. Not sure what to do, but if I can just get draconic on the character that would be great. If not, a minor award back would be okay too and I"ll just have to learn it the normal way.

Spent awards may be refunded on characters of level 10 or below by using the -delete_character command. Using the command once will display a confirmation message and show if the character is eligible for a refund. If it doesn't show an award applied to your character, reach out to DMs directly by going to https://support.nwnarelith.com/ and turning your DM badge on ingame with -badge dm

Yeah I would have just deleted the character if the reward was showing _on the character but after the crash it prompted my character as if they were just freshly created asking me to spend _another award on the same one. I only had 1 minor award on my account, and now its gone. Also with the support ticket system, like I explained, there is no option about this in regardes to the issue I'm having and I dont want to just flood them with an unrelated issue of the listed options. I can try to ping DM channel when I'm in game to ask about it and turn the badge one but I just worry the longer it takes the less likely I get it back.

Send a message to the Admin group in PM and they should be able to refund you.
