General Wizard: Spell Clutch

Spell Clutch doesn't do anything for a generalist wizard. I'm assuming because it still has a racial check even though I get it as a generalist wizard. My understanding is that it should refresh spells level 2 or lower. (Absolutely nothing happens other than a cooldown timer starts on the ability when it's used.)

You may need to rest after learning the ability, otherwise it will not know which spells to restore.

I have tried using it off and on for six months, it just doesn't do anything as a generalist wizard.

My apologies, I should have checked to see if it was still broken before reporting it. I had been meaning to do it for a while and kept forgetting and then it didn't occur to me that it might have been fixed already.
