Breedmasters spire walls do not block caster LoS

Hi! Today I'm doing the breedmaster's spire on a new character- and while I thought it may have been a just-then issue last time, as I'm doing this writ again I am noticing that the caster mobs can consistently fire off spells through the walls that do indeed block player and npc movement through them in the Hall of the Breedmaster area of the dungeon.
