Mining Bag (Standard) not fitting advertised amount of stuff despite being just fixed

Description of Bug Experienced:
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have a Mining Bag (Standard) (Makes stuff weigh 60%, max cap 157).
Have 27 Rock Chunks of Iron (108 weight)
Try to put it in
Expected Result:
Puts in nicely
Actual Result:
"This container is full". It only fits 23 chunks.
