PGCC - cannot select elemental avatar as lvl 21+ Warpriest

Description of Bug Experienced:
I created a new duergar cleric (warpriest) on PGCC and levelled hin up to 21, making sure i have 24 in spellcraft (prerequisite). I can choose different epic spells but elemental avatar wont show up.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- create duergar cleric warpriest and lvl to 21 with 24 spellcraft
Expected Result:
- see elemental avatar in list of epic spells
Actual Result:
- no elemental avatar visible

Additional Information/Notes
I'm on Android (pixel 8). Could that be the Problem? When i tried creating my char some weeks ago on PC, elemental avatar showed up.
