cleric moon domain clickie bug

Use a cleric moon domain.
Pick Cloistered path.
Cast divine favor and divine power.
Use moon domain clickie.
Character becomes permanently bugged with Moon domain clickie exhausting all level 3 spells slots.. and unable to cast when the slots run out.
