Description
I was checking out the prices for buying a room in the basement of the Fickle Finger but what I came across seemed off. One room was listed for 28000 and another for 39000. I dont ever remember these rooms being this high so I am not sure if it is a bug or if intended. Not sure how to add screenshots but have them if needed.

Those are some pretty tiny rooms. I know that the hidden barracks rooms arn't even that much, considering they're behind a player ran faction, only about 12500 I think? So those prices are outrageous. Should definitely tone those down if it's intentional.
I'd have to check but it may be I made those particular rooms immune from settlement eviction or scry warded - certainly the location is special.
If it's Beshaba's Temple, almost certainly the latter - I know the meeting room's supposd to be that, so wouldn't be surprised if the quarters are too.
When I had a room there before, the rooms downstairs themselves were not scry proof...and I don't ever remember having to pay that much for the room outright. That is why I was a little sticker shocked when I was looking at the new pricing and thought I would ask.
